The space

The property has two comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the other with a double bed, with generous storage space to easily organise your personal belongings. Each bedroom has been designed to offer comfort and tranquillity.

The living area consists of a bright and cosy living-dining room, perfect for sharing convivial moments. The modern, fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, utensils, etc.) opens onto the dining area, making it easy to cook and enjoy your meals.

The highly functional bathroom has a bath tub, vanity unit and toilet, ensuring optimal comfort throughout your stay.

From the living room, you can access a terrace offering a beautiful view of the sea, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee, reading a book in the afternoon or admiring the Ajaccio sunsets.

The accommodation enjoys a privileged location, close to shops and restaurants and just a few steps from Trottel beach.

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

The location of this apartment is exceptional, allowing you to take full advantage of Trottel beach. Within walking distance, you'll also find a variety of restaurants, cafés and stores, making your stay in Ajaccio both convenient and memorable.
