The space

The spacious and light-filled living room has been cleverly designed with a partition separating the lounge area from the sleeping area. It features a comfortable relaxation area and a high-quality double bed for a good night's sleep. This space opens directly onto a small, pleasant terrace and garden, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or soaking up Ajaccio's mild climate at the end of the day.

The functional and well-equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, etc.) allows you to prepare your own meals. The bathroom is very practical and equipped with a shower, vanity unit and toilet.

Located in a quiet area, the studio is close to the beaches of Lazaret and Aspretto, as well as a few minutes' walk from shops, restaurants and transport links.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.
• SMS, phone during office hours, 7/7
• We'll be happy to share our best addresses (restaurants, beaches, activities) with you.

The neighborhood

The Aspretto neighbourhood is an excellent starting point for exploring the city and its surroundings: hiking in the maquis, swimming in nearby coves, cultural visits to the historic centre or boat trips in the Gulf of Ajaccio.

A comfortable and well-located retreat where you can enjoy your Corsican holiday to the full, combining relaxation, sea and discovery.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
