The space

The property has two comfortable bedrooms: the first with a queen-size bed (160 cm), and the second located on the mezzanine, with a double bed. Each offers several practical storage spaces to make your stay easier and more comfortable.

The modern, functional and fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, etc.) opens onto a bright and welcoming living-dining room. From this living space, you can enjoy a beautiful view, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or on an excursion.

The highly functional bathroom includes a shower, vanity unit and toilet, all in an optimised and pleasant space.

The accommodation is ideally located in Porticcio, close to beaches, shops, restaurants and all the amenities you need for a stress-free stay.

Guest access

Arrivals

Our arrival times are between 4pm and 8pm, in accordance with our office opening hours. As specified in the house rules, for any arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be applied as follows:
- 20€ for arrival before 10pm,
- 30€ for arrival after 10pm.
This measure is necessary to allow one of our staff to remain available to assist you if necessary.

Early arrival is possible, subject to availability:
- from 8am (60€)
- from 12pm (40€)
- from 2pm (20€)
To ensure smooth organization, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Departures

Departure time is 10am. If you would like to enjoy your accommodation for longer, please let us know as soon as possible:
- until 11am (20€)
- until 2pm (40€)
- until 7pm (60€)

Guest interaction

• All information relating to your stay is available on the Guest App, which will be your best ally before, during and after your stay.

The neighborhood

The accommodation is ideally located in Porticcio, close to beaches, shops, restaurants and all the amenities you need for a stress-free stay. You will also be close to the many activities on offer in the region: water sports, coastal walks, boat trips in the Gulf of Ajaccio and visits to typical villages on the south coast.

An ideal base for discovering the beauty of southern Corsica in a peaceful and sunny setting.

All TheGoodButler stays include a professional, high-quality housekeeping service:

• End-of-stay cleaning
• Provision of bed linen (fitted sheet, comforter cover, pillow cases)
• Supply of bathroom linen (large towel, small towel, bath mat)
• A welcome kit to make your first night as comfortable as possible.
• Additional services to manage your arrival (Guest App, key box, etc.).

On request, we can provide a baby cot (€30/stay), table riser (€30/stay), baby bath (€20/stay), baby holder (€50/stay), stroller (€40/stay) for the duration of your stay.
On the housekeeping side, we offer mid-stay cleaning and/or replacement of bed linen and towels (rates on request).
